  1. My favorite non dairy milk substitute is hemp milk, especially from Living Harvest’s Tempt line. Hemp milk is rich in protein, has Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, Vitamin A, E, B-12, folic acid, and is also full of potassium, magnesium, and iron. In addition to those awesome stats, hemp milk has anti-inflammatory properties due to it containing the amino acid GLA. Lowering your inflammation can be a huge help in your recovery process. 
Now the small “negative”, it cost’s more than other non-dairy beverage’s and it spoils faster. Now you can easily make your own hemp milk or just share with a friend or neighbor to be sure not to waste any of it.
